This policy describes Waterpace’s current iOS app. Older releases may contain features described in their release-specific notices. Contact us with your app version if you need that information.

Your drink log

Drink amounts and times, goals, waking hours, preferences and history are stored on your device. Waterpace does not upload your drink log to Stamba AI or RevenueCat. There is no Waterpace account or hydration server.

Purchases and internet connections

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat checks and restores Pro access, including when the app starts. These services make network connections even though drink logging works offline. RevenueCat receives a random installation/customer identifier, purchase receipts and transaction history, product and entitlement information, app/OS version and the network IP address. A random identifier can still be personal information; we do not describe this processing as collecting no data. We do not receive your payment-card number.

The offer shown in the app may be monthly, annual or a lifetime one-time purchase. The selected StoreKit offer states its price, period and any eligible trial before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled; manage or cancel them in Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible purchases. Apple Health

Optional Apple Health integration starts off. If you turn it on and allow permission, Waterpace writes the amount and time of drinks as Water samples. It does not request permission to read your Health records. Removing a drink attempts to remove the sample Waterpace wrote; permission or device errors can prevent that. You can review and delete samples in Apple Health. Turning sync off stops future writes and does not erase previous samples. Apple controls Health storage and any Health syncing you enable.

Ads, reminders and exports

The current app has no advertising SDK, third-party usage analytics or cross-app tracking. Reminders are scheduled on the device, without a push server. If you export your drink log, you choose its destination and who receives it.

Retention and deletion

Your local log remains until you remove entries or the app. Device backups and Apple Health records are separate: deleting Waterpace does not delete these copies. Manage them through Apple’s settings. Apple and RevenueCat keep purchase records to operate entitlements and meet their applicable recordkeeping obligations. For requests about purchase-related data under our control, email support@stamba.ai; we will help identify the installation using only the information needed and coordinate with the provider. Do not email your health history or payment-card details.

Privacy rights and security

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction or objection to processing, or complain to your privacy authority. We do not sell your drink log or use it for advertising. Purchases and support requests are processed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Purchase network connections use HTTPS. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.

Children and medical use

Waterpace is not directed to children under 13. It is a hydration logging tool, not medical advice; follow your clinician’s advice on fluid needs.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in this policy and its date, with notice or consent where required before new processing begins.
