These terms govern your use of Laylet Waraq (ليلة ورق, the "App"), a card game for Tarneeb, Trix and Estimation. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Local play and optional online features

Local games, settings and lesson progress are saved on your device. Online tables also process shared game state on our server. Some versions may offer optional accounts, guest sessions or handles when those features are enabled; their availability and recovery options depend on the release. We do not promise recovery of local-only saves after device loss, reset or app deletion. See the Privacy Policy for server and account data handling.

No gambling

The App is for entertainment only. There is no wagering, no betting of real money or anything of value, and no prizes. Scores and results have no cash value. Cards are dealt by a fair random shuffle; neither you nor the bots are given better or worse hands.

Playing online

You can open private tables and invite friends with a link. Anyone who has the link can join a free seat, so share it only with people you want at your table. Empty seats and players who leave or stop responding are covered by bots so the game can continue.

Online play depends on our game server and your connection. Tables are temporary: an unfinished online game may end if a table is abandoned, expires, or the service is interrupted, and online results are not kept once a table closes. We do not guarantee that the online service will always be available.

Purchases

The App offers optional table designs and accessories. Each is a one-time purchase that changes how your table looks; none of them affects the cards you are dealt, how the bots play, or the outcome of a game. Nothing in the App is a subscription and nothing renews. Purchases are processed by Apple, are charged to your Apple Account, and are governed by Apple's terms as well as these. The price is shown in the App before you buy and varies by region.

• Restoring: purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored from the Collection screen → Restore purchases on any device signed in to the same account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Choose a table name that is not offensive, hateful, or impersonating someone else, since other players at your table can see it. Do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, tamper with games or purchases, or use automated tools to play online. We may close tables or limit access to the online service to stop abuse.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StambaAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost games or lost profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at StambaAI LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
