These terms govern your use of Ledgend (the "App"), an arcade climbing game. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

No account

Core gameplay does not require a StambaAI account or login. Your coins, streaks, inventory, trophies and gameplay progress are saved on your device. On iOS, the gameplay save also synchronizes through Apple iCloud when it is available. Without an available synchronized save, deleted or lost local progress may be unrecoverable. iCloud availability and synchronization depend on your Apple Account and device settings; synchronization is not a guarantee against data loss or conflicting changes on multiple devices. Optional rankings use your Apple Game Center account; your best floor is submitted to Apple and may appear with your Game Center display name on the leaderboards.

Purchases

Depending on the installed version and store availability, the App offers optional consumable coin packs, a one-time Starter Pack and permanent ad removal. Coin packs and the Starter Pack are included in version 1.0.1 and current TestFlight builds. Coin packs contain 600, 1,800, 4,500 or 10,000 coins. The Starter Pack contains 2,000 coins, 3 Shields, 3 Slow-Mo and 1 Rocket and is offered once per store account. Nothing in the App is a subscription and nothing renews. Purchases are processed by Apple, are charged to your Apple Account, and are governed by Apple's terms as well as these. The price is shown in the App before you buy and varies by region.

• Restoring: eligible non-consumable purchases, including ad removal, are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases. Restore Purchases does not itself restore an unspent consumable coin balance. Coin balances and granted Starter Pack contents are part of the gameplay save; restoring a purchase does not repeatedly grant contents already credited to that save.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Removing ads also removes optional rewarded videos. Players who own ad removal can use the available continue and double-coins rewards without watching an ad, subject to their normal per-run limits.

Coins and boosts

Coins, boosts, characters and effects are game features. Coins can be earned through play and rewards or bought through the optional in-app coin packs and Starter Pack. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or traded between players. Saved progress may synchronize between your own compatible devices through Apple iCloud when available. Deleting the App may remove local progress, while an iCloud save may remain; manage it through your Apple Account storage settings. We may change how they are earned, priced in-game, or balanced at any time as part of ordinary game tuning.

Advertising

Unless you have purchased ad removal, the App displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads appear on menu screens and between runs; an ad is never shown over a run in progress. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising involves and how to control personalisation.

Rewarded ads

The App offers rewarded videos you may choose to watch in exchange for something in the game, such as continuing a run. These are always optional and always initiated by you. If a video fails to load or is interrupted, the reward may not be granted; that is a limitation of the ad network, and it does not entitle you to compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or tamper with scores, purchases or ad delivery. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StambaAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress or lost profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at StambaAI LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
