Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Ledgend (the "App"), an arcade climbing game. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

No account

The App has no accounts and no login. Your scores, coins, streaks, unlocked characters and progress are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and we cannot recover them if you delete the App, lose your device, or reset it.

Purchases

The App offers one optional purchase: a one-time payment that removes advertising permanently. Nothing in the App is a subscription and nothing renews. Purchases are processed by Apple, are charged to your Apple Account, and are governed by Apple's terms as well as these. The price is shown in the App before you buy and varies by region.

• Restoring: the purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases on any device signed in to the same account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Removing ads does not remove the optional rewarded videos described below, because those are never shown unless you ask for one.

Coins and boosts

Coins, boosts and characters earned in the App are a feature of the game, not property and not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between devices or people, and cannot be bought with real money. They exist only in your installation of the App, and they end with it: deleting the App deletes them. We may change how they are earned, priced in-game, or balanced at any time as part of ordinary game tuning.

Advertising

Unless you have purchased ad removal, the App displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads appear on menu screens and between runs; an ad is never shown over a run in progress. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising involves and how to control personalisation.

Rewarded ads

The App offers rewarded videos you may choose to watch in exchange for something in the game, such as continuing a run or doubling the coins from it. These are always optional and always initiated by you. If a video fails to load or is interrupted, the reward may not be granted; that is a limitation of the ad network, and it does not entitle you to compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or tamper with scores, purchases or ad delivery. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StambaAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress or lost profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at StambaAI LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
