This policy explains what data Deadstop (the "App") collects, how it is used, and your choices. The App does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts.

Your scores never leave your device

Everything the App remembers about how you play — personal bests, streaks, rank, round history and your sound and haptics preferences — is stored only on your device. None of it is uploaded, backed up to us, or shared. Deleting the App deletes all of it permanently, and we have no copy to give you or to erase on request.

Data collected by third parties

The App itself has no servers. It uses third-party services that collect limited data automatically:

Advertising — Google AdMob

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, where you have consented)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and device information (model, OS version)

Personalized vs non-personalized ads: Where required (EEA/UK, applicable US states), we show a consent form before any ads load. If you decline personalization, you will see non-personalized ads based on context rather than your interests. On iOS, ad tracking also requires your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, your device's advertising identifier is not used for tracking. Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics

We collect anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, features used, session length, device type, coarse IP-based location, app instance identifier) to understand how the App is used and improve it. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you. It never includes your scores or how well you play.

Purchases — RevenueCat

If you make an in-app purchase, RevenueCat processes your purchase history and transaction identifiers (product purchased, price, purchase status, anonymized app user ID) to deliver and restore your purchase. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled entirely by Apple — we never see them. RevenueCat privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

What we do NOT collect

• No name, email, phone number, or contacts
• No precise GPS location
• No photos, files, or camera data
• No microphone access. The App plays sound but never records; the microphone permission is explicitly removed from the App
• No data sold to third parties

How data is shared

Data is shared only with the service providers above (Google and RevenueCat — as processors, or Google's ad partners for advertising with your consent). We do not sell personal data.

Children

Deadstop is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@stamba.ai and we will delete it.

Your rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (reopen the ads consent form via Settings → Ad privacy options, or reset your device advertising ID). Legal bases: consent (personalized ads), legitimate interest (analytics), contract (purchases). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the in-app consent options or contact us. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.

Everyone: To exercise any right or request deletion of data associated with your device identifiers, email support@stamba.ai from any address, including your device advertising ID if available. We respond within 30 days. Note that your in-App scores and progress are held only on your device, so deleting the App is the fastest and most complete way to erase them.

Data retention & security

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above (analytics: up to 14 months; purchase records: as required for accounting and law). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). The App uses only standard HTTPS and the platform's own cryptography.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
