Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Deadstop (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

No account

The App has no accounts and no login. Your scores, streaks and progress are stored only on your device. We cannot recover them if you delete the App, lose your device, or reset it.

Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase that removes advertisements. Purchases are processed by Apple, are charged to your Apple ID, and are governed by Apple's terms as well as these. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

• Restoring: a purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases on any device signed in to the same account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Removing ads does not remove optional rewarded videos you choose to watch in exchange for something, because those are never shown unless you ask for them.

Advertising

Unless you have purchased ad removal, the App displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are never shown on a screen while a round is being timed. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising involves and how to control it.

Measurement is not a medical or diagnostic tool

The App reports reaction and timing figures in milliseconds. These are measured as accurately as a consumer device allows, but every figure necessarily includes touch-digitiser and display latency that no application can remove. Results are for entertainment and self-comparison only. They are not a clinical, diagnostic, cognitive, or fitness-for-duty assessment, and must not be relied on for any medical, employment, legal, or safety purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it in any way that could injure you or others. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StambaAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and you may have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at StambaAI LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
